I found Take 5 by accident. I was at one of other stores on North Avenue in Northlake and saw Take 5. I was curious & stopped for an oil change. The tech approached my car and gave me an ice cold water. I was like I was thirsty! I told him I needed an oil change and he told me to pop my hood. There was one other car getting an oil change. It didn't take long for my oil change. The team was courteous and professional! The good thing about this oil change is I didn't have to get out of my car! I would come back again for my next oil change! I am telling everyone at my 55 and older community to go as well! You all made my day! Thank you! Laura P
The place is very friendly and great staff ! But I call before I went in and ask they had this promo going on 25% off discount and the guy said yes . He told me the total it will be 76$ I said okay . So I went there and at the end the final price was 99$ . Just confused how does it go from 76 to 99 . And there starting price was 99$ . Really no discount if you ask me . Smh but 5 star because they were very friendly . I should’ve just went to Walmart lol
I came here because of the great reviews, and I have to say, I’m very happy I did! Clark, Ivan, and Santos were all very informative and took the time to explain everything without being pushy about anything. When I asked for information about the air and cabin filters, they provided it without hesitation and answered all my questions. To top it off, they even gave me a discount that I didn’t ask for! Great customer service and a great experience overall. I’ll definitely be back!
