I had a great experience with Rob and Efrain. I like how they require you to stay in your car the entire time. They were honest and upfront about the work I needed and didn't need on my vehicle. They also offer pretty fair prices although on the pricier end, you get what you pay for and they sometimes offer discounts depending on the service. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I had to take my car to the dealership for a recall and they actually told me I needed the same service the boys at Take 5 heavily suggested. A+++ standup guys
After having a terrible experience at another oil change place where I was overcharged and work wasn't done, I was a bit hesitant, but Take 5 completely restored my trust! The manager or assistant manager Keria, greeted me right away with a cold water bottle—such a thoughtful gesture in this Illinois humidity! As a woman, feeling comfortable and respected at an auto shop means everything to me. Keria explained every detail clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The rest of the crew was equally amazing. Angel handled the outtake, assisted with the oil change, and went above and beyond by cleaning my windshield and the outside of my car. Jose was super polite, offered additional assistance, and let me know I could swing by anytime for a fluid check. The whole process was fast, easy, and stress-free. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!
The squad that attended me was by far the most attentive and accommodating, i felt like i was in a spa for oil changes. Aly, rob , Robert and i forgot the other guys that were busy servicing my car really went the extra mile. They even pointed out my missing fog light that was waving in the wind. 💨 besides the price which was a bit high - everything was great 👍🏽 5 star spot. Thanks for the H20!
