Drove almost 1 hr to get my service here. Trust and believe it’s was so worth it! If you want to get treated like family and not just like a customer this is definitely the place. When getting there didn’t had to wait, they came to the car offer water and snacks for the little ones. The best part is they work together to get you in and out at the no time and to get it right. I definitely recommend EVERYONE to come and get their oil change here. Thank you Take 5 oil change for an amazing experience. Definitely going to come back for my rest of my oil changes.
Gabe was so kind and helpful! The 2 Chris who serviced our car did a great job tell us what we needed and could wait on and just overall great experience! Super friendly and great conversation! Very knowledgeable guys on what specific car makes need for their service, they informed us the people who serviced our car last did the wrong oil in our car and were able to help us fix all our issues!
This is the only place I’ll go for a quick oil change. My first experience was above average and my second was exceptional! The manager on duty for my sending visit, Eire, explained each service they provided and she taught me how to reset my car’s “oil change needed” sign. No one has ever taught me anything about how to understand my car before and I appreciated it. Eire is running a smooth business over at the North Milwaukee location in Niles!
