My son I told me to take my car to your p establishment and I have been nothing but extremely pleased. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. I especially want to send a shout out to Robert, who assisted me over the weekend. He checked my oil level. My air filters, and I thought I needed an oil change. But he said, no, so I appreciated the honesty. He is a wonderful asset, gee, your company.You are very lucky to have him. Deb Wacek
I don’t really write reviews, but Take 5 deserves one! Anytime I come, I never spend more than 20 minutes there. The most recent time, my three small kids were very clearly not in the mood to be there and sit in the car. The staff was super accommodating and even gave them each a freeze pop. It made getting car maintenance done extremely pleasurable, and better yet, it made my kids’ day. Additionally, the staff asked if I had their most recent coupon to take money off and when I said I didn’t, they had provided one for me reducing my final cost by $30. Highly recommend.
Rob took care of the problem I had at another Take 5. I had an oil change at the Palos store and they didn't replace the skid plate correctly. I was out in Frankfort driving with my granddaughter when I heard and felt a scary scratching and realized something was wrong. Thanks to Rob for taking care of the problem, he was very helpful and competent.
