Oh my Goodness. Let me tell you about this place!!! I just came in for an oil change. I am very happy that they check literally everything. I have had this car for a month or so. Brandon the shop manager checked every single thing. And found that I had two filters, original factory filters, were so nasty. He replaced them. Wasn’t easy getting to one. He didn’t get upset or anything like any other place I had gone to. Where workers get frustrated and storm off in a huff. He even made sure other customers were getting greeted and taken care of while working on my car of horrors. By the way I have a 2015 Jeep Renegade. I will for sure be returning to them. They have great service and great prices. Plus the extras they do amaze me!!! I have included pictures of the filters.
I regularly have my oil and other fluids changed at this location. They've always gone the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. This last visit I had the oil changed and the air filter replaced. After I left I had a check engine light pop on my dashboard. I used my Fixd app to check the codes and it showed 2 codes "system too lean bank 1 and 2", so I took it back and the technicians found a vacuum hose that was loose. I cleared the code and my vehicle seems to be operating correctly now. I appreciated the quick resolution! I will continue to be a loyal customer as long as they provide good service.
I had a little trouble at the Take 5 Oil Change. For the first time ever I was told I needed extra oil and there would be a charge. Never in years coming here has this been charged! Also didn't take my 35$ coupon off after I asked twice, kept pointing to where he had entered it but hadn't pushed the button to subtract it. Insisted I needed new coolant since my label was unsafe, gave me 2 different prices times it would last. Thankfully Jason. Asst manager intervened straightened out prices and several things the tech had said. Not sure of techs name but will make sure he doesn't "help" me again,!! Maybe Juan. Very grateful to Jason asst. Manager.
