I went to take 5 in Midlothian about 5:30 on Thursday September 3rd the wait was about a half hour but the men working were hustling and moving as fast as they could. When I was almost ready to leave a gentleman worker came to my car and said they had some people quit and he had actually left for the day and then came back to help out his coworkers who were short handed as a former retail manager I truly hope his dedication to the company is acknowledged and appreciated. Thank you for everything!!
I arrived to Take 5 Oil Change around 6:55 am and parked awaiting the store to open @ 7:00 am no workers arrived until 7:05 am (Ronnie Leclercq) I was then informed by Ronnie that the other person who had not made it to work yet was the person with the keys to open the store. Ronnie proceeded to call someone on the phone and was subsequently able to get inside the store and totally apologetic the whole time gave me excellent service and should be commended for his professionalism
I stopped at the location in Midlothian after work. My car was serviced by 3 gentleman that were professional and respectful. They did not try to upsell other services which was great because I usually get my car serviced at the dealership. They completed the oil change in less than 15 mins while I sat in the comfort of my car. They offered a free bottled water which I declined. The price was equivalent to the cost at the dealership that does try to upsell other services. They gave me a sticker with mileage that allows you to come back for a top off of fluids including oil. I would recommend and return again if I needed an alternative to my regular place.
