I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! Moe, the manager, was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about making sure every customer leaves satisfied. He runs the shop efficiently, creates a welcoming environment, and sets a great example for his team. The entire process was quick, smooth, and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to see a manager who is so hands-on and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. Definitely recommend this location because of Moe and his team!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Midlothian! Ashton provided excellent customer service and was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire experience. He made sure everything went smoothly and made me feel well taken care of. It’s always nice to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing great service. I definitely recommend this location, and Ashton deserves recognition for his outstanding customer service!
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change, and I especially want to recognize the Assistant Manager, Ronnie. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He’s a great salesman without ever being pushy—he simply explains everything, gives you the information you need, and allows you to make your own decision. The location was very busy, and Ronnie was working with only two trainees, but he still made it a point to acknowledge every customer and apologize for the wait. What impressed me most was that despite how busy they were, he never made me feel rushed. I came straight from work and didn’t get there until around 6:40 PM, with the location closing at 8 PM. Ronnie remained thorough, patient, kind, and friendly throughout my entire service. He took his time to make sure everything was done properly while also guiding his trainees and managing the other customers. That kind of professionalism and customer service deserves recognition. Ronnie is an excellent manager and a great representation of Take 5. I truly appreciated the service and will definitely return!
