I stopped by yesterday for a simple oil change, but the guys literally saved my cars life, and possibly my own. Showed me that my tires were on the verge of disintegrating, something I hadn’t seen yet. And when I told them I didn’t have the money to replace the tires and do my oil change, they took care of me, and told me to use the money I had to get my tires taken care of. I cant put into words how grateful I am, and how much they went above and beyond.
I highly recommend take five at Marion Illinois. I have a Nissan rogue there was a recall on the plug in the oil pan. We had the recall done months ago. It’s even on our car fax. However, when I took it to take five the plug in the oil pan popped out Turns out that the Nissan dealership that recorded that they did the recall actually did not do the recall, and it was the old metal plug that was in the oil pan They actually went to the Nissan dealership down the road And got a new oil pan and the correct plug that should’ve been put in at the dealership months ago. The whole staff at the Marion store was unbelievable, they were fantastic!!!! I highly recommend them!!!
Overall VERY satisfied. I visited yesterday on 9/16. They did my oil change as well as a very thorough check of my filters and fluids. I asked them about the cabin air filter and they had no problem checking/replacing it for me. The whole crew was nice as can be and very understanding about my bad past experience at a different location. This location gave me the best possible service from the start, hands down. In the future, I will be traveling an hour to go to this location, rather than going to the location closer to home.
