i went in wednesday the 28th i had never been before so i parked to gander at the website as to not look like an idiot (spoiler alert i did) and one of the guys came out, gave me a water, and guided me where i needed to go lol. the service was quick and the 3 guys were really nice! i was a bit over on my oil and WAY over due for an air filter. i fully expected them to dog on me but we all just giggled over it and it was a great experience overall!
I’m new to the Rockford area but been using Take 5 for a few years. The service is great. The techs are friendly. They educate you on things the see wrong with your care, if you have a leak, inform you of damage this may cause, clean the windows replace fluids as a courtesy with the oil change and provide reminders. They offer bottled water upon arrival, and give recommendations on the type of oil change for your vehicle. I appreciate the service and the friendly atmosphere.
It was expensive but they did a good job. They changed my oil, coolant, air filter and the cabin filter. I should be good for awhile. Good service and I got to wait in my car which I liked being present. The techs were knowledgeable and Marco was the service manager and he made sure all was done correctly and got me out of there as soon as possible. Great place to go and worth the money in my opinion.
