James is the leader of this crew and he runs a great crew. I'm 56 years old and I've seen enough bad customer service in my older years. I happened to call James at a very busy time on Saturday morning when he was swamped to ask him the timing of an oil change and how long it would take. He gave me a detailed honest answer while he had several customers in the store. He treated me like a fantastic customer on the phone like I was in the store. I will go back here for the life of my car and the next one. Keep it up, James & Crew!
i went in wednesday the 28th i had never been before so i parked to gander at the website as to not look like an idiot (spoiler alert i did) and one of the guys came out, gave me a water, and guided me where i needed to go lol. the service was quick and the 3 guys were really nice! i was a bit over on my oil and WAY over due for an air filter. i fully expected them to dog on me but we all just giggled over it and it was a great experience overall!
After a really crappy first experience I said I wouldn’t go back but my car needed an oil change badly and they were the closest place, this time a lady named Britney helped me and she was awesome, she caught that my coolant was very overdue for a change and helped me pick the best oil for my car and helped keep it affordable for me! I’ll definitely go back now
