5/5 stars on my second routine oil change! I received exceptional service from start to finish. Bobby did a fantastic job with the oil service and went above and beyond by spotting a part that needed replacement before it turned into a bigger issue. The manager jumped right in to order the part on the spot, and the whole process was completely seamless. I am scheduled to head back in a week to get it installed. It’s rare to find a team this honest, efficient, and proactive.
Whenever I get my oil changed, I usually always go to this Take5 location. Each time, the guys in there are kind, very friendly, and just fun to be around. I feel less like a paying customer and more like a friend coming to visit. During my most recent visit, Alejandro and Victor helped me. They were awesome! Very knowledgeable, didn’t pressure me into a purchase, chatted with me during the service, and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. This is a great place full of great people!
Fast and very proficient. I have an older work car, (2004) Ford Taurus & its nog always easy finding older parts for this car. This issue pf total ways being able to get older parts had come up again when I was getting my oil changed here at the joliet location. The giy working on my car pulled out my cab filter and discovered it hadn't been replaced in god knows hos long as it was just disgustingly loaded with everything over many years and he was going to replace it. They didn't have that particular air filter on hand so he ran to an auto part store really quickly , purchased my filter and came back and put the new one in on the quick. J very much appreciated him going out of his way to make sure the job was done right. Im very happy with my experience at "Take 5" in Joiliet off of Jefferson Street. Below I will add my picture of my bad cab filter.
