I was greeted with a smile and a bottle of water.I also asked for video of my oil change to assure the screws was put back on correct. I had an bad experience with another company so Take Five was very understanding and very professional. They took great care of me they explained everything to me as the completed my oil change .Thumbs up to the entire team they all worked together very well and they all was very nice and professional.Great Job guys from the beginning to the end.I have found a new place to get my oil changes .Thank You for the great team work .100 %
Got a cold water.. checked my filters where others said they couldn't bc it was acura. Let me know that I was low on power steering even helped me find which one was for my car. Plus they were open past everyone else. Which I was so thankful for on a Saturday. Barely made it. But I did. Helps when stores can stay open a little longer on weekends for people that work later. Thank you again
They are always so helpful, informative, and respectful. I have only had one bad experience there and they have promply handled the employee that caused it. I never have to wait long, and a simple oil change is so much faster than when I go to another place that seems to take all day. This is the only place I want to go to get my maintenance services done.
