Hi i always come here cause I trust the staff. Of course many new faces but I feel its the same great customer service. Jacoby was the first person to greet me. He explain the process along the way. He was very detailed to every rhi g that was done. Agian the same great customer service. Everyone thst worked that day that great. It was refreshing seeing a women working. How far we have come. Anyway keep up the great work . As always I will be back Loyal customer
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Javier. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire visit. He explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the services being performed. The service was quick, efficient, and truly customer-focused. Javier’s positive attitude and excellent customer service made the experience easy and stress-free.
You got to get an oil change, what better place to go to than here. Now it is a bunch of young people working here and I think they need to pay a little more attention to the customer but overall the service is 10-15 minutes and your outta there. Since when did oil changes become over $100??? I'm glad I get discounts from the dealership. I guess when the discounts expire I will have a outside mechanic do an oil change if I'm going to dish out so much money.
