The mt zion location was 10/10. If I have to deal with the Braden guy and his crew on water id rather go to speed lube Now that I know he will be going to mt zion location I will have to quit doing business with you. I never been to a place where they are so arguments and combative my 3 year old grandson was crying by time I left water location Braden is a terrible manager. I've been in management 30 plus years and his customer service is under 5. I was gonna start using take 5 for all 3 of my cars but not no more.
My experience at the oil change shop was excellent! The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They provided quick and efficient service, explained everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle was well taken care of. I appreciated their attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to customer satisfaction. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and I left feeling confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable service and a great customer experience!
I had a fantastic experience at Take 5 Oil Change! There was no wait, and the service was incredibly fast, professional, and courteous. The team walked me through everything they were doing without bombarding me with unnecessary upsells, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to find a place that values efficiency and customer service equally. I’ll definitely be returning for my next oil change!
