Very professional, courteous, answered all my questions with respect. They explained all my options as it was my first time at Take5, so I was well informed. All charges were explained and only completed after my approval, even the smallest additions. Will go again Thank you to the service guys that helped me. Water street behind McDonald’s, Decatur.
Top Tier guys! Drove straight in and got the perfectly chilled bottle of ice water with my favorite fruit snacks. All while Enterprise rental kept texting me to go get my oil changed and for 3 days straight denied it when I took it to the same place as usual. Pictures included.... I went ahead and paid because I've lost enough money due to Enterprise Rental and the guys at this Take 5 location put me in a different type of mood . Much Props.
Amazing customer based service. All of the service men were super knowledgeable , professional, and helpful. They guided me through my first experience at this establishment with ease. I will definitely be back!
