I came in after being stressed about my car, running like absolute shit after taking it to another mechanic who did not put oil back in my car. The ladies who worked on my car were fabulous. Also the men too! They made sure I knew exactly what they were doing and showed me everything that I needed and didn’t make me feel pressured at all to replace. Thank you so very much.
Very professional and kind crew, even with the unbearable heat/humidity outside (which is no small feat, let's be real). I can also see how seriously they take safety and communication. Working in a shop environment can be dangerous, and I very much appreciate that they call out what they are doing every time so others know what's going on. 11/10 experience. Thanks for the oil change!
Shawna, Alexis, & Jason worked quickly and efficiently to get us in and out for our oil change. It was our first time and Alexis was very helpful walking us through the process. They even gave our 2 year old a juice box and fruit snacks along with giving my husband and I cold bottles of water. Great experience!
