Was ALWAYS skeptical driving past but the reviews speak for themselves!! I was offered a water before they even asked about my car. While two technicians worked on my car, I had another associate walking me through the entire time. They were all communicating about findings the entire time, and did a safety check at the end. He even told me I wasn’t technically due for an oil change yet but I insisted simply because of their honesty 🤣 after that, he informed me of different parts under the hood that were looking great! Wasn’t immediately pulled into a sales convo but rather a “the engine filter looks great!” I’m so pleased, will be encouraging others to try, and will definitely be back!! Wow! Thanks so much!!
Everything was great. The guys were friendly, professional, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. The service is always at a high level. The price isn’t the cheapest, but in my experience the oil they use is very good quality and lasts a lot of miles without any problems. I’ve tried cheaper places before, but ended up needing oil changes much more often. For me, it’s worth paying a little more for better quality and reliable service.
I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Crystal Lake! From the moment I arrived, Tanner and Dominic made me feel welcome. They greeted me with a cold bottle of water, guided me into the service bay, and were friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. The customer service really stood out. At the end of my oil change, they even offered my dog a treat, which was such a thoughtful touch and definitely made Millie’s day! I also appreciated that the manager, Tanner, personally came over to check on me, asked how the service was, and made sure there wasn’t anything else I needed before I left. That level of attention to customers is rare and speaks volumes about how this location is run. These young men are professional, courteous, and clearly take pride in providing excellent service.
