I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change in Crystal Lake! From the moment I arrived, Tanner and Dominic made me feel welcome. They greeted me with a cold bottle of water, guided me into the service bay, and were friendly and professional throughout the entire visit. The customer service really stood out. At the end of my oil change, they even offered my dog a treat, which was such a thoughtful touch and definitely made Millie’s day! I also appreciated that the manager, Tanner, personally came over to check on me, asked how the service was, and made sure there wasn’t anything else I needed before I left. That level of attention to customers is rare and speaks volumes about how this location is run. These young men are professional, courteous, and clearly take pride in providing excellent service.
