Throughly impressed by the service that Charlie and Trevon gave to my vehicle. I believe Trevon was the Manager on Duty and he definitely commanded the shop and was about business. His managerial skills were audible and the way he spoke to his employees was in a great coaching manner. He also went above and beyond with replacing my cabin filter as we found out, it had not been done in years. At another location, they were not able to get to it and they just omitted the process. However he took his time and accomplished the task. Five star service

Went here Saturday to get an oil change. I met Ricardo and Kassim. Kassim was nice but Ricardo was not friendly. Everything went well except I had to keep reminding Riacrdo to top me off and check my tires. After the oil change and payment, Ricardo told Kassim that I needed a coolant flush (Ricardo didn't speak to me directly for a while). I knew that I did not since moths earlier I had a coolant flush. Once Kassim showed Ricardo that it had been done 3 months earlier then Ricardo came back to my car and said oh I just need a top off. Seems like because I was a female Ricardo tried to sale me something I didn't need. I wonder how many times he had succeeded in doing that to women. During my visit I was told Ricardo was the assistant manager, not a good look Take 5. I like coming to this location and usually have good service, but Ricardo needs customer service retraining especially for women customers.
