I came here to get an oil change after dropping my son off at school. With three other kids that stay with me at all times, I kept putting off getting my oil change. When I drove by and saw that they advertise that you can stay in your car the whole time, I was ecstatic. I pulled up, was given a free water, and was driving off with my oil changed in about 30 minutes. They were amazing and made my morning so much better. They explained to me the different types of oil that I can get and didn’t try to get me to take the more expensive option. I also was starting to get low air in my tires and they filled them for free. They even told me I could still wait to replace my air filter and every place I have gone to has always told me I need to change my air filter even when it was just done. They were amazing and I will definitely only get my oil changed here from now on. A huge shout out to Cam, Doc, Lapan, and Chris!
Huge shout-out to the team at Take 5 Oil Change! My wife and I had an awesome experience. We were in and out in about 20 minutes, even with only two guys working and several customers coming in. The customer service was genuinely top-notch—friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. And as a veteran, I really appreciate the 25% veteran and active-duty military discount! 🇺🇸 You can tell these guys care about their customers. If you’re looking for a fast, friendly, and hassle-free oil change, definitely go check them out!
I was SO impressed with my experience at Take 5! I was honestly blown away by the customer service. Everyone who helped me was personable, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. They took the time to educate me about my vehicle and walk me through the different options available, which made me feel really confident that I was making the best decision. I especially appreciated that they were helpful without ever being pushy or salesy. It truly felt like they cared about taking care of me and my car. Such a great team and an all-around amazing experience. I will definitely be back. And the whole thing only took about 15 minutes! Highly recommend!
