Great great service, everyone was very nice and professional, even helped me understand my car better. They got me in and out so fast working together perfectly, when they finished one car and I was the only car the men working on the other car and came and helped working on mine. Charlie was exceptionally nice and helpful, made me feel very comfortable in feeling my car was in good hands, as soon as I drove off I can see a noticeable difference on how my car is performing if there was a option for 10 stars I’d give 10

Amazing service as always! Devon has always been the most friendly manager and super informative if you have any questions. I appreciate that all the techs show you the filters so you can actually see if they need replaced, not just do it for the upgraded purchase, as well as explain what they are doing when checking the additional services they offer, like air pressure, washer fluid. We have been coming here since the grand opening and won't go anywhere else for oil services.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Take 5! Assistant Manager Kurtis and his entire team were absolutely amazing. The customer service was impeccable from the moment I pulled up. They checked my oil, filters, tires, topped everything off, and made sure I understood what they were doing along the way. What really stood out to me was how well these young men worked together. They were respectful, professional, communicated with one another, and genuinely operated like a team. I especially appreciated watching Kurtis lead. When one of the young men needed assistance, he stepped right in, helped him out, gave guidance, and kept everything moving smoothly. That says a lot about the kind of leader he is. He also took the time to give me helpful advice and suggestions without making me feel pressured. And something as simple as him handing me a cold bottle of water as soon as I pulled up really stuck with me. He had no idea how much I needed that water at that moment, but I definitely appreciated it! 😂❤️ It was a small gesture, but those little things say a lot about how someone treats customers. Mr. Kurtis is professional, attentive, encouraging to his staff, and clearly takes pride in what he does. His team reflects that leadership. Take 5 needs more employees like these young men! Kurtis deserves a raise AND a bonus - and his team deserves one too! 😂👏🏽 Excellent service all around. I will definitely be back. Keep up the amazing work!
