The team there was amazing! I love that they hired women there too, you don’t see a lot of that in other shops! They were really good to me! There was an issue with my credit card and I had to run to the bank down the street to fix an issue. And I came bk and paid my bill. They completely understood. The gentleman Aaron was amazing and very understanding. Ashley completely understood that the air filter was way too much at 50.00 and gave me a discount. I got oil changed and air filter changed. The other guys also noticed my front tires needed to be changed and told me. The team there is very on point honest and very understanding. Will keep going their many more times!
I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Alexander, Seth, and Brayden. I came in late on a Saturday evening, and instead of rushing me through or turning me away, they stayed late to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I could get home safely that night. Their professionalism, customer service, and positive attitudes truly stood out. They were efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers, but these guys absolutely did. Exceptional service, outstanding work ethic, and a great example of what customer care should look like. Great job, gentlemen — Take 5 is lucky to have a team like Alexander, Seth, and Brayden.
ive come to this place a few times to get my oil changed and today i went again for the same reason but the mechanics ran into a preexisting issue with my car (that i thought had been resolved) and they did an excellent job with providing me great service and fixing what was wrong. the employees were all excellent as always and i know coming here to receive service is worth always it.
