Ashley and Aaron and the rest of the crew (I didn’t catch their names, it was a chaotic morning) were absolutely amazing to work with. Long story short I usually come to this 5 min location for my oil change/basic needs. Honda dealership stripped 2yo screw heads from the one time I let them change my oil/do recall work. Got Honda to take the screws off and let the team here put everything back on. Staff was more than caring and confirmed why I do only come here for my oil changes.
The team there was amazing! I love that they hired women there too, you don’t see a lot of that in other shops! They were really good to me! There was an issue with my credit card and I had to run to the bank down the street to fix an issue. And I came bk and paid my bill. They completely understood. The gentleman Aaron was amazing and very understanding. Ashley completely understood that the air filter was way too much at 50.00 and gave me a discount. I got oil changed and air filter changed. The other guys also noticed my front tires needed to be changed and told me. The team there is very on point honest and very understanding. Will keep going their many more times!
Clean and quick and staff is very, very friendly! One could tell they liked working there!! If you’re lucky, you’ll get serenaded by Luke!! Yeah, they’re like. Oh yeah yeah yeah I got.
