I had an outstanding experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Alexander, Seth, and Brayden. I came in late on a Saturday evening, and instead of rushing me through or turning me away, they stayed late to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and that I could get home safely that night. Their professionalism, customer service, and positive attitudes truly stood out. They were efficient, respectful, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find a team that genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers, but these guys absolutely did. Exceptional service, outstanding work ethic, and a great example of what customer care should look like. Great job, gentlemen — Take 5 is lucky to have a team like Alexander, Seth, and Brayden.

ive come to this place a few times to get my oil changed and today i went again for the same reason but the mechanics ran into a preexisting issue with my car (that i thought had been resolved) and they did an excellent job with providing me great service and fixing what was wrong. the employees were all excellent as always and i know coming here to receive service is worth always it.

Quite frankly I love coming to this location for oil changes. The techs are always incredibly polite, professional, respectful, and have great customer service. This isn’t just to customers but with each other as well, in other shops I’ve been to for service they’ve been mildly polite to customers but will turn around and speak to their coworkers like they’re off the clock and 9 beers deep (which can be fine when you’re in the back and everyone’s vibing with it but in front of customers is a bit different). These guys speak to each other with the same professionalism to each other that they offer you, which is definitely a positive for me. They even went as far as to offer everyone waiting in line bottles of water while they got into the bay, which was unexpected but very nice to receive.
