He took care to explain what needed to be done in a manner that was honest and detailed enough for a lay person to understand yet technical enough to demonstrate his expertise. He also upsold in a way that seemed helpful and relative to the actual needs of my car and planned usage. Nothing sleazy or dishonest about his approach. I’ve been visiting this location for years and sadly, the mechanics have changed but on a positive note, newer employees like Mason give me peace of mind and I’ll be returning for my next service.
