I’m from Georgia and without an appointment I took my car in for service, I couldn’t drive it home. My service rep told me the diagnosis would take awhile as 50+ cars had come in for service before 9am. I was given a shuttle back to my daughter’s house and shortly thereafter I had a call of the diagnosis!! Had I taken this to my BMW dealership service department at home in Georgia I’m fairly certain this would not have been resolved in such short notice. I need to also comment on the helpful and friendly service I received. Thanks so much for your quick response in getting me back on the road!!!
Mike and Chris provided excellent customer service at Take 5 Oil Change! They were professional, friendly, and made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process. I appreciated their great attitude, communication, and the quality of service they provided. It’s always nice to deal with people who take pride in their work and make the experience smooth and stress-free.
