I had an exceptional experience here thanks to the manager, Mr. Lee! He went completely above and beyond to assist me during my visit. Thanks to his years of background as a mechanic, he gave me wonderful, expert advice on how to continue great maintenance on my new 2020 Kia Soul. He kindly pointed out that I needed new windshield wiper blades and even informed me about the online discount to save $15 on my oil change service. It is rare to find such honest, knowledgeable, and helpful service. Thank you, Mr. Lee, for taking such great care of me and my car!
Lee was fantastic! He was the only employee working today, but you never would’ve known it by the way he handled everything. He was friendly, professional, and treated every customer with kindness and respect. Even though he was clearly busy, he took the time to make sure we were taken care of and made the whole oil change experience quick and easy. His hard work and excellent customer service definitely didn’t go unnoticed. We’ll absolutely be coming back because of Lee!
I came through first thing in the morning on 8/1/26. Middle of a road trip to Florida from North Carolina. The gentleman working was very friendly and informative. He offered me and my son bottled water and was very patient with me as a retrieved my coupon on my phone. He worked very quickly on my oil change and checked all the fluids in my Bronco Sport. 10/10 highly recommend!
