I want to give a big shout-out to Nick for taking care of my oil change! He was fast, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the excellent service and how smoothly everything went. It’s always a pleasure dealing with someone who values your time and takes pride in their work. Thank you, Nick, for making the experience quick and hassle-free! I’ll definitely recommend your service to others. Great job! 👏🏽🚗
My first time getting an oil change at take 5. Everyone was friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be at work. EJ was great and took his time explaining how everything works and options incentives. Didn't try to sell me add-ons that I didn't need. It was quick, efficient, and affordable especially with a coupon. The best part was my dog was with me during our oil change adventure and the guys gave her tons of attention and love.
My only complaint ever, is the wait time. Once in, they make sure you are aware of everything they do and they take the time to explain and answer questions. The technicians and the manager were very professional and courteous. I took my wife’s car in yesterday, and my daughters in today. They do a great job and I will continue to take our 5 cars in to be serviced at Take 5 on Victory in Savannah, Ga. They have earned our trust!
