I came back to get my oil check to get my new sticker. The service guy was new because he put too much oil in my vehicle and when I got on the interstate my vehicle started popping. I had to take the back roll back the 5 minute oil change to let them know, they drop the oil in filled it back up to the right level. So far everything is good, hopefully I won't have no more problems with my vehicle due to that over levels of oil. This was at Pooler Georgia next to Costco's on 8/31/2026. Service there is great, just need to keep an eye out on the new guys.
I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Black. He was friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service from the moment I arrived. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process quick and easy. It's refreshing to receive such great service from someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Thank you, Black, for making my visit a positive one. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!
I visited this location back in January and had a rather unpleasant experience but I am very glad I gave them a second chance today. Apparently they’ve had a complete change in staff, Keith and Marlon were both entirely kind and helpful, they didn’t mind answering any questions I had. They worked very quickly and sent me away with a smile, I will be returning in 3 months and hopefully I will deal with these two guys again then.
