The employees are very friendly and courteous. I was in and out in probably 10 mins and that included waiting to pull into the bay. The prices are high but I was able to take advantage of a new customer special but. Cause of the high price not sure I’ll be back. What threw me was the screen asking for a tip before you could pay for the service. A tip?? Really?? The whole tip culture is completely out of control. Just because you perform a service doesn’t mean you should be asking for a tip. The reason servers get tips is because they are paid below minimum wage.
Went for another oil change this morning with my daughter. my techs was the manager ked Who was very professional, awesome customer service offer a snack for my daughter and water for myself. Jamie I love her service with her is always GREAT! I didn’t get the other gentlemen name this morning I will recommend everyone service here is always A1. Keep up the great work
I love this Take 5…from the time you drive in until you drive out you can tell this location is one of the best. They are quick, very professional, keep you informed during the process and explain anything you don’t understand, offer a bottle of water, and even washed my windshield.
