Initially his military commanding presence was bit intimidating, however, it is simply part of his developed solid character due to his serving the country. His personable, attentive, fair, honest, & informative demeanor was such a refreshing authentic change in the typical sub par customer service that is offered in the service industry. Kudos to his manager, Joyce, for identifying his talent & dedication to his work. Shop 237 Strong Leadership knows how to build a solid winning team. Cheers to this game changing TEAM!✨️
David (the lead technician), Boyce (manager) & Eduardo provided excellent service during a quick oil change. Everyone at shop 237 was very professional. My daughter and I appreciated being promptly greeted when we pulled in. The offered cold water was a true gift in the July heat. We were in and out when we visited on 7/11. Thanks team!
