I would like to take the time to give a big shout out to Trae and Antwan.. they topped my oil off and gave me a great helpful recommendation. I wasn't aware of this need, and I really appreciate his honesty. A mechanic that you could trust is hard to find I felt his sincerity and concern... He also helped to make it possible and affordable for me to get things taken care of this coming Friday!!! He gave me renewed faith in humanity and that people really can be compassionate!!!! Thanks Trae!!! You all have a loyal customer in me!!! 🙏🏾🙌🏿 May God bless you abundantly!!!! You guys are awesome !!!
Got here at 10 in the morning and was immediately greeted at my vehicle with a warm smile and a water by khalijub. Once I got pulled into the bay Trae was so so kind. He made jokes and had a massive smile on his face the entire time. Both men treated me with kindness and worked with efficiency. Trae was so amazing! Trae was training people as well and the pointer and tips he gave he gave with grace and care.
My experience at Take 5 yesterday, July 17th, was such a great experience that I wanted to take the time to give them a shout out! From the second I drove up I was greeted with friendly smiles, helpful instructions and treated like they were so glad to have me as a customer. You could tell right away that they enjoyed doing what they do and that shows a lot in this day and time. All staff were so friendly and worked together so well. The leader who was explaining things to them and checking behind them was an amazing teacher. He was guiding them with encouragement and in such a wonderful way. I think that is why it comes across that they enjoy what they are doing. This is what customer service is about! They have won me as a customer and I will tell all friends and family to use this location. Who is happy after paying for anything to deal with cars these days! I left there with a smile. Please use this location and give those young men and woman a chance to win you over like they did me!
