I ended up coming to the Take 5 in Lithia Springs after having a not-so-great experience at another location, and the difference was night and day. They did point out the same issue with my car, but they were much more patient, kind, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on. Instead of making me feel rushed, they gave me recommendations on what to do next and even told me the maximum amount I should expect to pay so I wouldn’t get overcharged somewhere else. I was also able to get my oil changed, and it was nowhere near the 45 minutes I was previously told it would take. I’d say maybe 20 minutes max. I really wish I had gotten everyone’s names because the entire team was friendly and helpful. I’ll gladly make the extra drive to Lithia Springs for my oil changes from now on. This will definitely be my Take 5 location going forward.
I visited the Thornton Rd location yesterday & received amazing service and exceptional customer service from James the Assistant Manager. He is the one whose name I wrote down but each person was friendly & helpful. This includes the young man who greeted me when I arrived, the gentleman who performed the oil change & James. James gave me great insight for how to best car for my aging vehicle. I will certainly be coming back to this location!
