I don’t often write reviews, but after visiting Take 5 in Lagrange, GA, I felt compelled to share my appreciation for their outstanding service. I’ve always trusted the Cadillac dealership for oil changes and maintenance, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The team at Take 5 was exceptionally professional, efficient, and courteous. My oil change and cabin air filter replacement took just 10 minutes which is much faster and more affordable than what I’ve encountered elsewhere. I’m grateful for their excellent work and will be returning here for all my future service needs. I highly recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for a truly professional and hassle-free experience.
Great service! It seems as if my previous oil change with a different service provider, the technician over torque my oil filter and made it almost impossible to remove, but the team remained patient and persistent, and eventually were able to get the oil filter off and complete my oil change and differential fluid flush. They could’ve easily said we can’t get it off. You’ll have to go to a dealership and sent me on my way, but they did not answer. For this reason I will be going to the La Grange take five for the lifetime of my vehicle in the next thank you
In advance of a trip, I sent my daughter with my truck to have the oil changed. I also asked her to have the rest of the fluids and windshield wipers checked. She came back with a big smile in her face because the team at take five did such a great job and educated her on everything they were doing. They discovered that my coolant was way past needing to be replaced. We trust our cards to take five and we are always impressed! Thanks so much
