I had a wonderful experience the service attendant who helped me told me everything from start to finish Krohn I think I’m don’t remember the spelling. He informed me of my vehicles oil type and how much. Told me what he recommended and what was best for the engine. He told me what was happening and even told me how to check. I seriously thought he was the manager. He gave me much needed water as ask if I understood enough. Took my information and advised that a manager would come check his work to follow up. This was my first time at take 5 and for sure you have a locked in future client. I work in the automotive industry and I was very impressed. I will most definitely recommend clients to take 5. He even notice a bubble in my tire and advise me. Promote this guy!!!! Customer service is extremely rare nowadays so I’d take advantage of his take charge leadership skills now before I go back and take him to my company.
Incredible service! Very kind and thorough crew with great attitudes. Noah helped me with my oil change and good lord was he stunning! He had the most beautiful and captivating eyes. If it weren’t for my wife and 3 children at home, I sure would like to try my hand at a hard workin blue collar fella like Noah.. Anywho! This Take 5 is by far my favorite location! You will always be taken care of when you visit the Hiram Take 5. I will DEFINITELY be returning here next time I need my oil checked/serviced. Keep up the good work guys!!
