This was my 4th time using the service at Take5 on Macon Road in Columbus,GA and it is our new “Go to” for future service! Everything and everyone exceeded our expectations, the team was very thorough and explained everything that was going on with our vehicle and answered all of our questions not to mention that the service was very fast! I would highly recommend this location for your vehicle oil services!!!
It was seven minutes before 7 PM before they close and I pulled up and I thought they would turn me away but no, they were very respectful and allow me to come in and did my oil change my filters topped my fluid off and we’re happy to do it I wish I could remember their name, but it was too young guy on Macon rd Columbus ga. I would definitely be going back
First time customer full of anxiety but there was no cause for alarm. After parking in a spot, a team member offered me a bottle of water and answered my questions. I didn't have to leave my vehicle, and 3 team members made quick work of my car. Isaiah, Antwoine, and one other. (I don't have my receipt with me for reference). The price was affordable, I was kept in the loop of what was going on, everyone was chill and helpful from beginning to end. I really enjoyed the ease of communication, professionalism, efficiency, and all around good vibes. 10/10 will come back.
