I’ve been to this Take 5 in Canton a few times over the last couple of years, and every single visit has been a good one, but today really reminded me why I keep coming back. James and Isaac helped me today and were both excellent, but honestly every young man I’ve encountered at this location has been kind, respectful, patient, and professional. They explain things in a way that doesn’t make you feel dumb, pressured, or like somebody’s trying to take advantage of you because you’re a woman who may not know a lot about cars. I especially appreciated how candid they were about what I actually needed versus what could wait—they weren’t trying to push the most expensive option, and that matters. If you’re a woman who gets nervous about taking your car to get serviced by yourself, this is a great place to go because you don’t even have to get out of the car. They guide you in, tell you exactly what to do, handle everything while you sit there in peace, and then guide you back out when you’re done. It’s quick, easy, and the customer service is consistently top tier, which is hard to find these days. This crew really deserves the recognition.

I’m someone who absolutely dreads and post-pone getting any kind of auto care done. I finally stopped procrastinating and went here. Super quick to be serviced and MATT was extremely polite and easy to talk to. He provided fantastic customer service and wasn’t pushy or weird about anything while going through his service process- brought up what he believed I needed and engaged in conversation while doing so. 5/5 stars. Worked with Kayden, Faith and Mathew and I was in awe of how well they worked together. They were in sync and moving cars in and out the whole time. They each did their part flawlessly, and it made the experience quick and easy. Never had such a good experience at one of these. I live further south but I might have to come up here from now on.
