I have now used the Riverstone Canton, GA location twice for oil changes! The service techs and manager at this location have been nothing short of superior in service level and knowledge. I was not pressured to buy unnecessary things, but their recommendations were exactly what I needed. Some of the filters that were replaced at my prior visit, they respectfully identified were still good and did not need to be replaced. They really seem to understand that repeat business is better than an unnecessary sale in the moment. Trust is everything in customer service. Thanks Matthew Hooker and Casey Brace. You guys were awesome today!
I had a great experience from start to finish. Chris, Matt, Keyden, and Faith were all friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. What really stood out to me was their honesty. They checked my engine air filter and told me it looked brand new and didn’t need to be replaced anytime soon. It would have been easy to try to sell me something I didn’t need, but instead they gave me an honest assessment, and that earned my trust. They explained everything clearly without any pressure, and the service was fast and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change and would recommend this location to anyone looking for a team that values honesty and great customer service.
I will never go anywhere else for an oil change! Not only as advertised was it super fast, but there was no wait even on a Saturday. Everyone was next level nice, and as mentioned in other reviews, not pushy at all. I wish I would’ve gotten the names of the folks working, because I was having an awful day and they really turned it around 💙
