This was my 1st. Visit and I do have to say I was very impressed with the service from Devlyn and James. They were very kind and very informative to what they were doing on my car. They even told me what the past oil company I had used did wrong like used loctite on my oil plug and that my oil filter was loose. I already knew I wasnt happy with the last company and this just sealed the deal that I will be taking and keeping my business with Take 5 Oil Change company. Definitely recommend them!!!
(Translated by Google) Exceptional workers! Casey and Faith did an excellent job and served me phenomenally. I highly recommend them! 👍🏻 Exceptional workers! I have now used the Riverstone Canton, GA location twice for oil changes! The service techs and manager at this location have been nothing short of superior in service level and knowledge. I was not pressured to buy unnecessary things, but their recommendations were exactly what I needed. Some of the filters that were replaced at my prior visit, they respectfully identified were still good and did not need to be replaced. They really seem to understand that repeat business is better than an unnecessary sale in the moment. Trust is everything in customer service. Thanks Matthew Hooker and Casey Brace. You guys were awesome today!
