Very knowledgeable and professional staff of young men and women who pay attention to detail. Expediency, efficiency, and courtesy is the order of the day at this location. I am more receptive to the "gentle suggestion" over the aggressive upsell attempt any day of the week. My oil change was just an oil change, and they left it up to ME to decide differently instead of being threatened with a catastrophic mechanical failure if I didn't change a wiper blade! Thanks to the crew for a pleasant experience.
Top notch service. We frequent the Rome service location but were in the Calhoun area and had time to spare. Turns out, one of the Rome guys, Adian, who has consistently provided great service at the Rome location, now works at the Calhoun spot. That's a win for us because he made it happen. Super fast service. Good price. He even threw in a discount on the air filter because we needed one and I was trying to save a penny or two. Highly recommend this business
These guys did a great job fast and for a reasonable price. Aiden and Antonio were especially helpful. I went for an oil change and they let me know I still have 3,000 miles left before I needed an oil change , and also they topped off all of my fluids checked my tires and cleaned out my filter for me . All of this was free of charge ! I will continue to go here as long as I live in Calhoun ! They do not sell you things that you do not need and I appreciate that so very much ! I will continue to be a repeat customer as long as the deals are this good and the service is this great! Thank you
