The service was great but I think there needs to be a full explanation of the entire process and purchase. I chose the better price not fully understanding that after 5 quarts that there is a separate charge for more oil. My car takes 10 quarts so I thought the price I saw plus taxes would be it. But I got the total that was almost 100.00 dollars more. Better communication definitely needs to happen.
Came in today for a standard oil change and left a happy customer! I was helped by Angel and other staff with speed and care. The mechanics there made sure our car was safe and good to drive before we left. We were greeted with water bottles and even showed me my dip stick after he was done to confirm with me that my oil is looking full and clean. Angel removed all my old oil stickers and cleaned my window before we left. Went above and Beyond for the customer, that’s what I love to see.
I was greeted with a water which I thought was a nice touch. They informed me of everything they were doing. I had explained that I had a coupon. When they were done I got 25% off my total. They made sure I was safe to drive and they also showed me the fresh oil on the dip stick. Very pleasant and professional service. Definitely would go back.
