Mathew was absolutely phenomenal. Great service and outstanding customer service. There was a customer here that was not having a good experience because of their wait time. There was 3 cars that pulled in at the same time. I got there right around 6 pm (second car to pull in) and my oil change was done in under 20 minutes. The other customer that was in the vehicle was being very rude to the employees about him having to wait his turn. Everyone at the shop handled the situation very respectfully and very professionally.
I visited Take 5 on Wrightsboro Rd yesterday 6/21/25, from the time I pulled up until the time I pulled off, I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and a Big warm Welcome and Smile from Everyone ! It was time for muly oil change, everything was checked , and my air filters shown to me and gave me the option of replacing one. There was no pressure to make me replace it, he was honest to say I could wait if I wanted to! I live closer to the one on Peach Orchard but love going to the Wrightsboro Rd one. Always a Great Service.
Their technicians are very polite, skilled, and efficient. They changed the oil and performed a radiator fluid flush quickly. I’ll go back for my car’s next oil change.
