I visited Take 5 on Wrightsboro Rd yesterday 6/21/25, from the time I pulled up until the time I pulled off, I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and a Big warm Welcome and Smile from Everyone ! It was time for muly oil change, everything was checked , and my air filters shown to me and gave me the option of replacing one. There was no pressure to make me replace it, he was honest to say I could wait if I wanted to! I live closer to the one on Peach Orchard but love going to the Wrightsboro Rd one. Always a Great Service.
The service was great but I think there needs to be a full explanation of the entire process and purchase. I chose the better price not fully understanding that after 5 quarts that there is a separate charge for more oil. My car takes 10 quarts so I thought the price I saw plus taxes would be it. But I got the total that was almost 100.00 dollars more. Better communication definitely needs to happen.
Everyone is so helpful, informative, and really care about what they do. Special shoutout to mr.mike and drew for answering all of my questions and navigating the best option for my car. My baby always drives smoother and longer and i know i’ll have my car for a lonngggg time.
