The location at 3131 Washington Rd always has the best people. They are polite, energetic and fun. They make any visit quick and easy as well as enjoyable with their friendly banter. Out of all the locations in Augusta this one is by far my favorite. I've been at this store for oil changes, fluid check and even just to ask them to check my tire pressure. It's always a great experience.
Mr. PHILLIP and his crew is the BOMB!!! Okay so I was in desperate need for help because skid plate was dragging on the ground from my previous oil change at (Express oil Change and Tire) they did not put the nails back in correctly and as I was driving one day, it fell down when I hit a bump. Take 5 on Washington Road was the closest Place to me so I went there early in the morning and Mr. Phillips immediately helped me with no charge. He just had to put the nails under my car, but he did it! And his assistant Nicole is wonderful! I thank them so much. I went back and got an oil change, and Mr. Phillip did it!! Excellent work! As a single mother, I need reassurance like this, especially with a mechanic.
I went there again because I received such great service from them the last time. Everyone was professional and courteous on both occasions. I thought my car was due for an oil change but it wasn’t due for a while. Still, they made sure everything was good as they checked all the fluids, and tire pressures, and answered all my questions. Thanks for your service Take5!!!
