Went in for an oil change but unfortunately I needed a larger repair that these guys couldn't service. They didn't charge me a dime but gave me a written breakdown of the incident. They were so kind, explained what was going on in detail, offered water numerous times, and set up a fan for us to stay cool while waiting for a tow truck. As we waited in the garage they did a number of oil changes, all with the same kindness, hospitality, and efficacy. I am so grateful for these men. Would rate higher if I could
I never thought I’d have feelings about an oil change! These guys were professional and friendly - starting with a cold bottle of water as I entered! I was in and out in 15 minutes. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. I don’t live close, but I’m coming back here next time! Checking this off my list with Azeem and Nick was a fantastic start to my day! (Do yourself a favor and check the website for a coupon)
This place is AWESOME!!!! ALL of the mechanics are So Friendly, Knowledgeable, Fast & Honest!!! Honesty can be hard to come by as a woman when dealing w mechanics! My filter did not need to be replaced yet- never have I ever been told that before! I really appreciate that & the absolute convenience of this place! They have for sure found a new customer!!!! Thanks Nitin, Steve & Javier!!
