Decided to patron this location because of an emailed coupon. The staff was kind, professional, and quick! We were offered water bottles before even pulling into the bay. They asked if we wanted to change the cabin filter and showed us it was dirty. Offered all oil change levels with zero pressure. Topped off all fluids, washed our windshield, and showed us the new oil level. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. It was fantastic!
Luis and the team helped me out in more than one way. Took care of the oil but also did an extensive look back through my car report to see if and when things had been replaced (or not). Turns out o was way behind on the filters and coolant. He took care of both and had me on my way! Will definitely be back.
Angie and Luis were 2 of the BEST PEOPLE I've ever encountered! their service was beyond expectations and they had some of the best personalities I've ever met!! They made the whole experience amazing
