I waited about 20 minutes and a Hispanic female employee asked me what the mileage was on my car then she helped get some attachment tools for truck in lane next to me because a bolt was stripped but apparently she wasn’t strong enough to remove it so Pedro removed stripped bolt then boss called her into office where she was yelling and screaming she was going to bomb the place as she walked in front of my car to get her phone off the podium. Pedro was trying to service my car and he filled up washer fluid and showed me dirty filter and dip stick but he forgot to check my tires. Nobody should have to work under those conditions with a hostile coworker. He did check tires after I asked him too. I did call police to make sure the threat was documented
Angie was an ANGEL. Incredibly informative and so friendly. I have never felt so appreciated before in my life. It felt like I was talking to a life long best friend. I normally never write reviews but I had to make sure everyone knows how special this place is. I will be coming back here for as long as I can. I learned so much about how to take care of my car. Can't thank Angie and Take 5 enough for how they made such a rough time so much better.
My experience at Take 5 Oil Change was outstanding! They got me in and out in no time, and the oil change was completed quickly and professionally. The staff was friendly, efficient, and made the whole process easy. It’s refreshing to find a business that values your time while still providing excellent service.
