So glad that I came back to this place for my oil changes. I had moved out of the area and was using a different mechanic. But it's worth it to drive the extra 45 minutes to their location. Tim was very helpful explaining what I needed as well as things that were optional. With no pressure. I really felt listened to will definitely be going back.
Prices were weird ... Didn't add up. And receipt clearly stated services I DID NOT RECEIVE. Windshield wiper fluid for one. Seem to be more attentive to others customers. Waiting time for service was ridiculous. But they did offer free ice cold water bottles. Update went back a week ago. Different ppl, Same games One of the service men. Tried to tell me I needed new wipers. I just got that set a month ago. Then the did no top offs. I had to ask for air in my tires. This particular location is just not good.
They were very professional and they took care of all my needs with my vehicle and highly recommended for everyone to go there before any where else and they explained everything to me and I was very satisfied and happy when they done thank you Laura Rock
