I am COMPLETELY delighted with the service I received at Take 5. I had ZERO wait time. Raven is an absolute GEM. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable. She took time to explain everything that was being done, making suggestions for future services but NOT aggressively upselling me on anything. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change on W. Hillsborough Avenue. Keep up the excellent job! Thanks so much! God bless you all.😇
A huge pothole took us out and we drove up to a take 5 to see if they could help. They quickly jumped in to action to try and air up the tire. Unfortunately, it was popped then Cedric jumped right in to help us change to the spare tire immediately (which happened to be flat as well and they offered to air it up for us). Such a great guy and an overall nice staff. Super helpful and would recommend take 5 based on the customer service alone.
I visited the store on west hillsborugh Ave. And north Armenia in tampa yesterday. The service was excellent. Plus the employees were very professional and courteous. So this will be my store from now on. Kudos to this location and the entire staff.
