I had an exceptional experience at Take 5 for my recent oil change during my lunch break. The team was professional, friendly and quick: they literally got the oil change and all the maintenance/ safety checks done in a matter of minutes. The team gave me a tip about something that I should get checked by a mechanic, but they were not pushy whatsoever about upcharge services like I have experienced at other oil change places.
The best experience at the S Dale Mabry location. Kain was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done with my car without tacking on unnecessary items like car dealerships would. I would absolutely return for an oil change. Can’t beat the saved time and price difference.
I stopped in for my halfway check up and they were great at adding some oil, checking my tires and doing everything to make my visit as pleasant as possible. I will go back when it’s time for my complete oil change.
