Highly recommend because the customer service was truly how a customer wants to be treated. I felt listened to when I asked about concerns and solutions were fully explained to me. I did not feel pressured to purchase something I did not need. And the amount of time it took was hands down the fastest oil change and allowed me to get back on the tasks I had to complete for the day.
They brought me a water when I got there. They didn’t push extra services too hard. It took 40 minutes, total, from the time I drove up at 8:40am. It was ~ $135 for 7 quarts and an oil filter. I think that is kinda high but I also did not get out of my vehicle.
The experience was ok l had to wait on the guy to run to auto zone to get a part for my Range Rover but his attitude was great l just hated having to sit there for such a long period of time .l need a free oil change Or send me a coupon for my next visit.
