This has been me and my fiancé's 4th-5th time coming to this Take 5 Location off of Apalachee Pkwy. Jason and His team are consistently informative and they literally get the job done so quickly but in regards to there patience with me showing up 30 mins before this locations closing time they greeted me with great attitudes as if I was there very first customer for the day. With me being a manger al and customer service field for my personal career it was imperative for me to take the time to appreciate there great customer service that was presented to me. Employees and Mangers Like Jason are the foundation on why companies like this one are able to continue to grow and make a profit and are able to retain there customers loyalty. Lastly, Jason along with the rest of his team are able to show me and recommend for me different filters or different type of oils or other types of car maintenance to get the most/longevity of my vehicle and keep it nice and healthy lol. But all jokes aside great Manager. I can tell he's a great leader because any and every new face I do see at this location they mirror his (Jason's) great customer service skills and they know from a business point of view how to "Cross-Sale/Build a Basket" for the customer and also very informative, throughout the whole process, like I stated before. Thank you and God Bless.
I was told what was going on as the process was being done of getting my oil changed. I was showed how to know that I had the right amount of oil in my vehicle. As you can see from the picture I attached, I needed a new cabin filterI showed how to remove it and how to replace it. I wasn’t sold anything I didn’t need. Dee and Junior were excellent.
Received full service my vehicle. Excellent communication thru out the process. Very detailed on the services received that I had services completed on her car as well, on the same day. The Manager and his staff maintain a professional and courteous attitude that would certainly want you to have your car service here again.
