This was my first time getting a oil change at a Take 5. It was a very positive experience over all. I could see immediately that the staff was very organized and each employee had a specific duty. I have a larger diesel truck that holds 15 quarts of oil. I also had my wiper blades replaced as well. The price I paid was a little higher than I expected, but the service provided was first rate. It was by far the most convenient auto service I have ever had. I would be glad to come back again. Thank you again for a great experience.
I’ve had TERRIBLE experience with Take 5 (Big Bend location ) that resulted in having to purchase a new car …. however the Take 5 in Sun City Center has been wonderful. The customer service is unmatched and service is always prompt and appropriate. I’m so glad that all franchise locations are not the same!!!
Went in for my usual full advanced synthetic oil change on my late Gen Camaro. They are always curious ready on a hot day with cold water for one’s convenience, they ensure proper fluid levels & tire pressures. Go out of their way to explain if you need something additional and why. I’m always satisfied with their service and courteous techs whenever I go so I do recommend.
