Quick, professional job. Only thing is that I had a Veterans coupon and I was at a Doctors appt and had my wife take the car to the shop. She had my Veterans ID with a picture with her, both our names match, registration in the glove box and a USCG veterans sticker on the back window. They were gracious enough to take the coupon but told her that I needed to be present the next time. I understand but with that much ID, i would not think it would ever be a problem. Other then that, loved the job they did and thanks for allowing her to use it this time. The price was about $.95 less then my dealer but they didn't include a free tire rotation like the dealer. But, was convenient enough and saved us the travel to the dealer.
I usually always go to take five for my oil change. Yesterday when I was there, I was second in line and waited about 10 minutes. Was brought in and they started the oil change on my car. While I was sitting there I noticed that when they went to check my tire pressure, they only checked it on the passenger side. I had to remind them to check the driver side tires. I also had to remind them to check my air filter. They didn’t clean my windshield like they normally do. They didn’t tell me anything about the fluids in my car. Nor did they top off my windshield washer fluid. Other than that, it was a typically normal visit. They changed my windshield wipers which I asked them to do and I was out of there in about 15 minutes. Overall still satisfied, but not as satisfied as I have been in the past.
I love this location! Those guys are the best! They’re super friendly & efficient. I used to hate getting my car serviced & I used to do most of it myself, but having them do it in 20 mins while I sit in my car listening to a podcast is difficult to beat. It’s honestly kind of fun & well worth the money. Even their phone representatives are friendly! I’d def use this specific location if you can bc they are the BEST, but I’ve had a great experience every time/location & I used them when I lived in Texas as well.
