I HIGHLY recommend this location, right up the hill from Joey’s Pizza! I have always been treated well by Take 5 since I first moved to Florida and discovered them. They’re my Go-To Guys if i can’t make it to my dealership in Leesburg. They do all they can to make my visits ENJOYABLE, and I always feel special when I go, but today, my closest location was OUT of the special oil required by my car, and they directed me to Summerfield. WELL NOW! I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A SMOOTH AND PROFESSIONALLY RUN BUSINESS! In fact I was shocked that the acting supervisor, Danny, was not the GM of that shop! It was a 100f outside today. I was cordially welcomed by Danny with a bottle of cold water. He was alert, interested, and eager to help me pre-trip my car for a cross country drive. He checked supplies and cleared an entry for me with no wait. He was alone in the shop that day, just him, and Frank, his pit-crew. Together they went all thru, around, and under the car, changing oil, filters, topping off fluids and examining my tires. They had a rhythm and routine to execution that was positively MILITARY to behold. Frank called off each detail like a marine breaking down a field weapon for his drill sergeant, their communication was clear and succinct… it was like watching a show! As a consumer I had NO doubt that I was their single priority, in spite of the line beginning to form behind me, and that the work on my vehicle was performed BY THE BOOK! I was there for all of 14 minutes and was even provided the coupon of the day! I encourage others looking for very FINE service to give this shop a try! Management can be pleased and proud to know their location was left in such safe and capable hands, and I imagine both young men I saw in action today are on their OWN fast tracks to management!

Head to toe a 5 star experience coming to this take5. The initial gentleman olric/olfric(it was some epic name) asked additional questions about a knocking sound and then brought over Danny to listen and take a look. Danny is a superstar man he went above and beyond to listen and talk me through diagnosing a potential pulley issue. He didn’t have to take 8 different angles to listen but he did, he didn’t have to sit with me and explain but he did. I wish I could grow a whole field of Dannys. Come see them you won’t regret it.

First visit here and won’t be my last. No need to go out of my way to a Toyota dealer for this type of service anymore. Luciano and Danny answered all my questions before servicing the car and gave me an estimate which was reasonable. Everything was explained, and they suggested options without pressuring me to buy anything. These guys were great! Both personable and professional. Highly recommend.
