My first time there. They were so very nice. I got a bottle of cold water first off. Then they took me in for service within 5 minutes. They explained everything to me. They explained my options. They were perfect!!! I am so glad to have a new place to get services done on my car!
The experience was fantastic and even though there are closer places to change the oil, it’s with the drive to encounter this experience. Everyone was extremely professional and communicated extremely well to ensure accuracy. Alex, the store manager, was exceptional, and established a great rapport with this writer and I observed that he did the same for the other customers. A bottle of cold water was offered to all of us which enhanced the experience. This review is about your organization and not me, but I do have a Masters Degree in Public Administration and I’ve written quite a few evaluations, so I do know the value of reviews. Alex was outstanding and represents the company well. This review should be brought to his attention and be made a part of his employee file. Mike at Take 5 was absolutely wonderful! He was super personable, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to educate me and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. It’s always nice to have someone who genuinely cares about providing great service and making sure you feel informed. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!
