Went there for an oil change and got my filter changed as well for a great price. Everybody that worked there was amazing. They explained everything detailed to detail with me before being done. I’ve been to another take five before, but I will never go back to it I will always stay at this one. These gentlemen are hard-working great people great customer service and explained everything detailed detail before you do anything so you’re not getting overcharged.
Great service no pressure. I never go to these types of places as we do our own maintenance but we did not have a place to dump oil, my husband was out of town and I waiting long enough. Very friendly people no pressure to buy extras. Yes it was offered but when I declined that was that. They let me know if I changed my mind in the future they are there to service my needs. I really enjoyed my experience. Great team.
I had the most amazing experience that I’ve ever had at this location (Pasadena). No pressure to oversell and it was super fast. The aviator in me loved the cross checks and callouts they made to verify their work. I was impressed with their effort and how courteous these gentleman were. I highly recommend this location. They earned a new life long customer…
