Oil Change in St. Petersburg, FL at 4846 4th Street N..

So... I've been changing my oil in all of my cars for years... I'm getting up in the years and I had five quarts of oil left and an oil filter. And while I was happy to change my own oil, I just thought to myself. "You know, I've been doing this for a long time." Let me see if I can find somebody to use my oil... and change my oil for me... First of all, I called mabus, and they declined because one of the bottles of oil were already opened. Then I called take five oil change.. I spoke to the manager Ray.... And here was just about as pleasant as you could ever, imagine. He said no problem, he would even help me get a discount. Because there was a discrepancy on pricing from the corporate office. But he honored the price. So you might think that an oil change may not be anything exciting. Well listen to this... they hit so many excellent points with me that I will never change my oil again myself and i'm going to come here from now on. In addition to changing my oil and checking all my other oil levels. They checked my air pressure, washed my windows and actually gave me an insight to one of my tires that the pressure was low. I brought my own oil plug and what happened was the oil plug that I brought had a synthetic washer. So the manager said that normally they changed to a aluminum washer and that they could still do that for me without losing a lot of oil. So he did that also. Hello, my name was last for a very long time. Compared to the synthetic ones, so that was amazing.. So this place was just incredible. I would say it's the best customer service i've seen in many years, even the other guy that was helping was very, very pleasant. I was just floored with unbelievable kindness and customer service! I highly recommend this place!

Wow, what an exceptional Group of mechanics. I want to shout out Donson! While I was having credit card issues, they completed my service and allowed me to come back next day. I asked immediately when I got there to run my card and it was not working, never in my life have I received customer service and TRUST! In the customer. At take 5 st Pete they really use empathy and create a frictionless process. 10/10 coming back.
