Oil Change in St Johns, FL at 1626 CR 210.

A Breath of Fresh Air, after going to my Auto Dealership, and even though I had an appointment, waiting HOURS for a simple oil change. I saw Take 5 and noone in the bays, so I whipped around and pulled in. Man, was I ever glad that I did. I can't say enough about how much better my experience was. The guys were very professional, didn't pressure me to buy things I might need. So from now on, Take 5 will be my first choice when needing the lubes and fluids on my car services. Oh, I'll still fill up my washer fluid, but even though no service is due in January, the sticker in my window says to come in. I asked why, and they said that they would check the fluids and top off any that were needed for no charge. I mean, it's really not about the money. For me it's more about the service, the professionalism and the attention to detail. OK, I'll stop with this, you are probably thinking I'm related to someone working there, or have some type of vested interest. The answer to both in no. It's just that I REALLY appreciate an alternative to sitting in the Dealership Waiting Room that can do the job as well, and maybe even better, than the Dealership.

All the staff was extremely professional and seemed efficient , working togetheras I watched .There was no wasted time, Skylar and Ari were a well-organized team. What really stood out to me was the camaraderie between all of the employees. They each had their tasks and were working hard , communicating as well as supporting each other. I wasn't spoken down to because I am a woman everything was relayed to me in everyday language and although they gave me recommendations there was no super aggressive upsale pressure. I was charged a fair price for a job well done. I definitely recommend this location and will absolutely giving them my business moving forward. 🙂

I had my oil changed at another Take 5 location in Durbin Shopping Center just under a month ago, and when I was leaving to drive someplace an engine light came on. I’ve never seen this light before but I was passing the Take 5 on County Road 210 and decided to quickly pull over to see if they could help. I explained that I just had oil changed at another location and wasn’t sure if I had an oil leak happening or another issue. One of the Techs, Skylar, was especially helpful, he checked everything and explained that the sensor likely went off because the other location didn’t measure my oil correctly, failing to fill it all the way. He topped off my oil at no additional cost, checked to make sure might sensor light was off, and sent me on my way! I was fully expecting to pay something. I will definitely be coming back to the 210 location next time. They guys working there was very professional, informative and helpful.
