Service was great, as always. This is the only place I go after trying valvoline. In other competitors, it was not pleasant experiences. I'm always met with a cold water and a friendly smile. Professional and great service they're knowledgeable of the products and what they're doing and are very educational i really like the store on racetrack road and hager. Lane, tony and anthony are amazing at what they do I look forward to coming back for another experience
Great customer service. First time visit to Take 5. They’re very efficient and it took about twelve minutes. They checked tire air pressure, wipers, air filter and all the fluids. Confirmed the type of oil and its weight including the exact amount they were putting in. They made sure that you knew what was going on and answered any question that I had with great professionalism. Would recommend them to my family and friends.
I like the presentation they greet you with good morning the place is nice and clean. Things are in place The guys are very professional and courteous. They ensure that you understand what’s is recommended for your vehicle and tell you exactly what needs to be done and the course and if you can afford to get the work done at that time is always reschedule, but they do keep you up to speed with everything that’s under your hood and I think that’s that’s very good practice especially for woman no little to nothing about with there vehicle
