I like the presentation they greet you with good morning the place is nice and clean. Things are in place The guys are very professional and courteous. They ensure that you understand what’s is recommended for your vehicle and tell you exactly what needs to be done and the course and if you can afford to get the work done at that time is always reschedule, but they do keep you up to speed with everything that’s under your hood and I think that’s that’s very good practice especially for woman no little to nothing about with there vehicle
The oil change was satisfactory. Our customer service tech was very personable and professional. He was deaf with cochlear implants and the manager on duty was yelling at him in front of us and the rest of the staff for not upselling us an air filter. He kept saying that “the cameras were watching, you didn’t even try and upsell them!” The tech replied that “they don’t need it, they dont have enough miles to recommend it.” The manager threatened to fire him several times. The manager berating his employee who happens to be special needs is grossly unprofessional. My husband’s company has a fleet account with you and after this encounter, we are thinking of taking our business elsewhere.
I drive to this location, instead of the two that are closer to me because of Tony and his team! They are always so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this location. I will continue to only go to this location, they are helpful and standby their work.
