My experience was too great not to leave a review!! Not only is the team so nice and welcoming but they were respectful and didn’t try up selling me things I didn’t need! I can’t stand pushy oil change places that tell me my filter looks like crap when it truly doesn’t and they are over exaggerating!! The team at take 5 helped me fix old pop-ups on my dashboard that have been fixed but the lights still came on. They helped by resetting them and took the time to actually figure it out because other mechanics couldn’t!! Not only is the price more affordable than any other place in town but the service is incredible! Tyler I believe goes by TJ and Randy and unfortunately I forgot the names of the rest of the team that helped me today but my goodness were they so sweet!!! I will definitely be going back next time I need an oil change
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a cold water for a hot day. They advised me that they it might be a wait, but realistically only waited 15 minutes or so. I was super impressed how they took care of maneuvering of vehicles into their bays with patience, expertise and safely; nicely done. The service was professional, thorough and easy to understand. Wonderful job and thank you for the great experience; I’ll be back!
Christopher at Take 5 just set a new standard for service. From the moment I called, he was polite and professional. When my wife and I pulled up, he walked out within about a minute, introduced himself respectfully as Christopher, and handed each of us a cold bottle of water. He then directed me into bay 3 and got right to work. While he performed the oil change, Christopher clearly explained everything he was doing, answered our questions without rushing, and made sure we understood the recommendations. The whole experience felt efficient, transparent, and genuinely customer focused. It’s rare to get this level of courtesy and attentiveness at a quick-lube place. Christopher turned a routine oil change into a standout experience. Highly recommend him and Take 5 if you want service done right.
