I Usually Go To Take 5 In Inverness Out By Where I Live BUT My Mother Is In Hospice Care In Weekie Wachie and I Needed A Oil Change. Now In Inverness At Take 5 They HAD Stripped My Oil Plug So The Last 2 Oil Changes They Had To Suck Out The Oil. I Had My LAST 6 Oil Changes There. I Said 2 Tines - Twice At Different Visits When They Told Me It Was Stripped & I Needed To Get It Replaced. I Said YOU STRIPPED IT - YOU SHOULD REPLACE IT. NOTHING- ( I Did email about this NEVER Got response) Anyways The People At THIS Take 5 Went Above & Beyond. They Got The Plug OFF and I Got A New One. The Were SUPER Nice. Very Friendly. Definitely WOULD Make The Drive Back To This Take 5 For My Next Oil Changes 🛢
Chris was exceptionally fast, professional amd courteous. He approached my vehicle, introduced himself and asked what it was that I needed. I'm driving out of state with my kids and im in a 2008 honda. Chris informed me of a possible tire issue on the right side. He didn't have to do so ams he did. Super grateful for him and his team. If im ever in the area I'll definitely be back. Thanks again!
The guys that work there were actually wonderful. I couldn't get the cheapest oil change there because they don't have the oil that I need for my Honda Insight at that price point so the service was way higher then I was expecting. Thank goodness I had just bought oil myself and had it in my car and they used that. Service was great. They will be my go to for the oil changes on my car from now on. I recommend them 😎
