After Family and friends trying to talk me out of getting my oil 🛢️ changed at take 5, I have been going to this location on park Blvd and Starkey Rd in Seminole FL Amended review, 01/16/2024 On Sunday January 14th I stopped by to ask the technician Dodson if could please check the air in my front driver as it indicated it had 41psi and the other three tires had 37 psi before I could ask a question he offered me a Cold bottle of water and I politely declined after I explained that I would be on the road very early with my 7 year old granddaughter to go to a medical appointment and it was a hours drive, he then asked me to pull forward and Johnny his Manager threatened to write him up if he helped me, Dodson said go ahead and write me , I am beyond disgusted with the manager/supervisor behavior . He should be Great full to have an émployee that is completely devoted to his Job and Respectful enough of all customers no matter what the time is. Thank You for your help Dodson you are a lifesaver and I will refer everyone I know to come to your location and ask for you. Thank You 😊 Your Loyal customer Sandra Faust AKA Nanna of Seminole FL I would like to tell you about my visit yesterday 05/16/2024 at 5:30 pm I will say as per the norm I will say Dodson and the rest of the team he works with are very professional and as promised my rear windshield wiper blade was in and held until I came in. as per there usual excellent service efficient and friendly. Always Best Service Ever I'd recommend them to anyone looking for looking for oil change etc. Thanks Guys again see you in 3,000 miles. #Fast forward 7/29/26 Take 5 to the rescue yet again. thank you park blvd and starkey rd location Seminole THANK YOU my Go To Oil change place Thank You so 😊 so much 😊
The guys at Take 5 were absolutely top notch! They were friendly, professional and efficient. David explained everything well and I was also offered a tire pressure check by another gentleman and even offered a bottle of water while I waited. Super convenient to get an oil change while sitting in my car. I will definitely go back to Take 5!!
Jerry and his team were Awesome 👌. I usually get my treverse serviced at auto nation Chevrolet however for the amount of money and time ... let's just say I will definitely be visiting take 5 in future. His knowledge of my vehicle and possible future needs were outstanding as he explained the reasons why behind the work is needed for maintenance. Not to mention i didn't feel obligated to upgrade or get anything extra done. Such a great!
